At Greens Landing Weddings & Events we strive to make your special day the most memorable day of your lives! That is way we offer packages with lots of options and configurations, making your wedding or event as easy and stress-free as possible.

Wedding Package  (includes ceremony & reception)

Our Wedding Packages include our services for 100, 150, 200 or 250 guests. While we do not provide in-house catering, we do have several recommended caterers that will accommodate any taste and budget. Please take a look at our Preferred Vendors for more information on our business partners.

You also have your choice of any or all of our 3 event areas for the entire weekend. With 22 hours use of the property you have the unparalleled opportunity for rehearsal and time for cleanup the morning following the wedding. We will provide you with all the tools you need to plan your perfect wedding.

Included in Wedding Packages:

  • Choice of any and/or all of our 3 outdoor ceremony & reception areas including multiple picture opportunities. (10 acres in all)
  • Services of our Event Coordinator
    - initial consultation
    - unlimited emails & phone calls
    - private guided tour of the property
    - customized price quote & help with site layout
    - catering & other vendor recommendations
    - greet wedding party as they arrive
    - provide hospitality to bride & groom
  • Chairs & Tables for your reception for up to the package amount
  • 3 - 6' banquet tables for head table, food, beverages or cake
  • Assisted parking
  • Separate areas for bridal parties to prepare for the event
  • Two fully functioning guest bathrooms
  • Metal Arbor or Wooden Pergola for the ceremony site
Pricing:
- $3,000 for up to 100 Guest
- $3,400 for up to 150 Guest
- $3,700 for up to 200 Guest
- $4,000 for up to 250 Guest

On-site Accommodations (discounted rate)

  • Rental by the Day or Week
  • 2 bedroom/2 bath pool house that sleeps 6
  • Spacious kitchen and living area
  • Covered patio with large BB

We also provide a special place with outstanding views to hold your ceremony if choose to have your reception elsewhere.

Or are you hosting your next corporate party for 50 or, a 250 person family reunion? If so we have everything to fulfill your needs and prices that will not disappoint!

Event Package Includes:

  • Maximum of 250 guests
  • Assisted Parking
  • Garbage Removal
  • 4 hour included in site fee
  • Additional hours available on a per our basis
$1,500 for 4 hrs, Addtional Hours $300 per hour
